Tactile Arthroscopy Training Set Bookings

The Tactile Knee and Shoulder Arthroscopy Training Set is available for residents to practice arthroscopy skills independently at MUMC.

- The equipment will remain at MUMC and will be stored in Dr. de SA’s office (4E1) in the Department of Surgery Offices when not in use.
- Residents may use the equipment in the 4E10 Conference Room, subject to room availability.
- The 4E offices and conference room are located on the 4th floor of MUMC in between the yellow and red sections. Katie will send you the door code in your confirmation email.
- Complete the booking form below with the requested information.
- Submit your request at least 48 hours in advance.
- Katie Paquette will confirm the availability of the 4E10 Conference Room and email you once your booking is approved.
- Confirmed bookings will appear on the calendar below so others can view the equipment’s availability.
If you need to cancel your booking, please email Katie at paquek1@mcmaster.ca so we can make the equipment avaialble for someone else to use.
The resident signing out the equipment is responsible for:
- Transporting the equipment between Dr. de SA’s office (4E1) and the 4E10 Conference Room.
- Setting up the equipment before use.
- Taking down and organizing the equipment after use.
- Returning all components to Dr. de SA’s office (4E1).
- Ensuring the camera is plugged in and charging for the next resident.
- Reporting any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning equipment promptly.
- Leaving the conference room clean and ready for the next booking.
